1. Private recordkeeping only

Use BuySell Ledger to organize your own purchase information, legitimate refunds, returns, price adjustments, resale results, and private notes. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information you enter.

2. Prohibited review and endorsement activity

You may not use BuySell Ledger to:

• create, request, coordinate, submit, or reward fake public reviews or testimonials;
• require or reward a positive, star-rated, or sentiment-specific public review;
• offer compensation, rebates, price adjustments, refunds, or other benefits that depend on a public review's sentiment or star rating; or
• arrange undisclosed paid endorsements or otherwise mislead consumers.

3. Legitimate purchase adjustments

A purchase adjustment must reflect a genuine return, warranty resolution, seller policy, price correction, or other legitimate purchase outcome. It must not be connected to the content, sentiment, rating, or publication of public feedback.

4. Your obligations

You must follow applicable laws, advertising and consumer-protection rules, marketplace policies, and any disclosure duties that apply to you. Do not enter or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or violates another person's rights.

5. No legal advice
